Therefore, we are sharing our official Holiday Shipping Schedule to help you plan effectively. Logistics can get incredibly busy during this period. Consequently, early planning ensures your packages arrive without unexpected delays. We highly recommend reviewing these timelines carefully to avoid disappointment.
Our team has established specific deadlines to guarantee delivery. First, you must mark your calendars for Friday, 5th December 2025. This date is crucial. It represents the final week for guaranteed delivery to Nigeria before Christmas. If you ship after this date, your items may not arrive in time for the holiday.
Next, consider our international flight schedules. Friday, 19th December 2025, marks the last flights for the year. This deadline applies to shipments from all our major hubs. specifically, this includes the USA, UK, Europe, Dubai, South Africa, China, India, South Korea, and Turkey. Please ensure your air freight reaches us before this cutoff.
For those shipping heavier items, sea freight deadlines differ slightly. Saturday, 20th December 2025, serves as the cutoff for final container shipments for the year. Following this date, we will pause sea freight operations until the new year.
Furthermore, our team will take a brief break to recharge. All FloCargo offices will close on Wednesday, 24th December 2025. Operations will cease promptly by 3:00 PM local time. This applies across all countries, including our headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. Subsequently, our offices will remain closed throughout the holidays. We will resume full operations on Thursday, 8th January 2026.
