How do I place an order?

Log on to www.flocargo.com and click on TheFloShop. Follow the necessary instructions.

How can I make a change to my order?

If you want to make any changes or corrections to your order before or after payment, simply send an email to info@flocargo.com within 24hrs of placing the order.

Online Payments

Can you make international payments for me?

Yes we can make payments for services/products on your behalf

How does it work?

You will need to send detailed instructions to info@flocargo.com of what you want us to pay for and how much.

How will I know it has been successful?

You will forwarded payment receipts for all transactions done on your behalf.

Air Freight

How does it work?

You will need to request for a free unique delivery address. Details of what you are expecting have to be sent via email in advance else we will refuse to receive and ship the package.

Can I use your offices as a delivery/forwarding address?

Yes you can we can but we need to be notified in advance of the packages being sent.

How long does it take?

It depends on the shipping option you request for. This will be communicated to you upon receipt of your package.

Can you Consolidate?

Yes we can but you need to inform us in advance of what is to be received and when it should be shipped out.

Sea Freight

Is the address the same as that for Air Freight?

No we have a different warehouse for all sea freight shipping and you will need to request for details of the address.

Do you do containers?

Yes our consultants will work with you to provide the best container solution. Be it 20ft, 40 ft or refrigerated container.

Do you do Consolidated Shipping?

Yes we do. At the moment we have 2 containers we consolidate that leave monthly from our countries of operation. Send an email to info@flocargo.com to get the container schedule for the month.

Weight Calculation

What is volumetric weight?

The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space in comparison to its actual weight.

When is it used?

The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.
